New York Govenor Cuomo proclaims to be a "Progressive thinker" but he is truly narrow and in the dark as it relates to permitting his Dept. of Conservation(DEC) to institute a barbaric round-the-clock Eastern Coyote hunting season from October thru March------As we all know, Coyotes breed only once annually during late January into February with pups born 60 days later, usually in April.........How "progressive" is it to permit people to shoot and trap pregnant female Songdogs 24 hours a day in Feb and March?...............Insanity rules at the State level on Wildlife conservation as it relates to Carnivores whether it be in the East, South, North, Midwest or West...............We allow ignorance to prevail and have no real clue on how to mobilize politically to stop this madness from continuing
