Maine just keeps tripping over it's feet as it relates to Lynx restoration......................That we actually have a reproducing northeast population of the "pawed-cats" is special,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Trapping of Coyotes is allowed in the state and thus far this year 20 Lynx have wandered into those traps...............One of them killed in the process................And the only ruling that applies is that the Trapper release the Lynx,,,,,,,,,,,,,But how quickly this is done and with what protocols to ensure survival of the cats?
