Happy Sunday morning to all of you Blog readers.............No post today as me and pals are up in Oregon, hiking Mt St Helens,,,,,,,,,,,As you know, the volcano blew off the top of "Helen's" in1980.............obliterating life for miles around..............Great to see nature rebounding and regenerating the region.............Truly a pretty spot on our map and very little usage by people...........We only ran into one other hiking group all day yesterday.............No wildlife sightings to report,,,,,,,,,,,,,,As the pictures of me depict below with "Helen's" in the bacdrop(top picture), a hot one, 93 degrees,,,,,,,,,,,Me with police whistle and bowie knife to warn the Pumas and Black Bears that we are visiting their neighborhood................Back posting for Monday reading..........All enjoy a fun Sunday!

Hi, Rick,
I hope you are not REALLY lost, but Mt. St. Helens is in Washington State....not Oregon!
